TRAINING PROGRAMS: 7 pre-loaded training programs and 8 resistance levels provide the possibility of varying the difficulty of exercises, so you can use the equipment for many years, regardless of whether you are a beginner athlete or an advanced user. The most recommended is the 16-minute X-Mode interval program, which you can turn on by pressing the appropriate quick change button on the console. It guides you through a full body workout in eight segments (90 seconds for the upper, 30 seconds for the lower muscles).
USER PROFILES: Two user profiles can be saved on the console, so your training data will be safe when the other person starts exercising. Everyone can set their most important parameters such as age, weight, and even preferred display brightness.
