CBR Olympic Plate Bumper 5/10/15/20 kg HMS, covered with rubber of the highest quality. Its main advantages are perfect casting, aesthetic finish and special profiling to prevent spinning on the neck.

The plates are made of the highest quality materials. Coated with a special thick rubber that absorbs every impact – so it doesn't damage the ground during a fall. Depending on their weight, HMS CBR plates reach between 75 and 96 shore points. This means that these plates achieve much greater strength than cheaper rubberised plates on the market.

Each plate is calibrated by weight and dimension. This means that the weight of the disk must be within +0.5% and -0.5%. The colours of the plates assigned to each scale comply with the technical requirements of the IWF, the International Weightlifting Association. The inner diameter has been adjusted to the Olympic griffins. Precise workmanship ensures weight stability during intense training.

The sleeve in the plate is made of stainless steel – this makes it easy to put on and pull the load from the barbells. In addition, it is an element through which the load is firmly held on the griffin.
