Revolving Curl Bar is a functional training tool with a unique biomechanical shape, enabling comprehensive strengthening of shoulder muscles. The griffin is equipped with two pairs of comfortable rubberized handles with a wide and narrow spacing that guarantee even more effective exercises of biceps, triceps and other shoulder muscles. The handles are made of very soft rubber with non-slip flailing. The curvature angle of the neck has been developed to provide maximum intense muscle stimulation during exercise.
